# Ouros GLP-1 > Ouros GLP-1 is a French-language service that supports people in France who are losing weight with a GLP-1 treatment: nutrition, physical activity and day-to-day follow-up, in writing, seven days a week. It is not a medical service. When a person's situation allows it, Ouros refers them to a partner doctor, who holds the consultation by video and decides on any treatment. The person fills in a form on the site: three short chapters, about two minutes. It asks why they want to lose weight, where they are today (with or without a GLP-1 treatment), their height and weight, then their first name, email address and phone number. Short screens between the questions explain the condition, the treatment and the follow-up. 2. Ouros writes to the person on WhatsApp as soon as the request is sent, to talk about their situation and what can come next. The person writing is not a doctor. 3. If the person wants a treatment and their situation allows it, a partner doctor sees them by video, assesses their situation and decides. A prescription is never guaranteed. 4. Support continues in writing at each step: food, physical activity and everyday questions, answered by a person. ## What the form asks, and what is done with the answers - The form collects health data: why the person wants to lose weight, their current situation regarding a GLP-1 treatment, and their height and weight, from which a body-mass index is computed. It also asks for a first name, an email address and a phone number. Under article 9 GDPR the lawful basis is the person's explicit consent, given when they submit the form. Nothing is sent before that: a person who leaves the form halfway has left no answer and no address. - The answers are used to study the request and to contact the person. They are not sold, not shared for advertising, and the processors that receive them are listed in the privacy policy. - A person can ask to see or delete their answers at any time, from the address given in the privacy policy. ## Price - The accompaniment costs 39 € per month, with no lock-in period. - Not included in that price: the medical consultation, which is paid to the doctor, and the medicine.
